شروط إلغاء واسترجاع قيمة التذاكر
في حال تم إلغاء الرحلة من قبل دروب الأرض سيتم اعادة مبلغ التذكرة ١٠٠٪ـ
في حال تم إلغاء تذكرة الرحلة من قبل المشارك قبل ٢٤ ساعة من انطلاق الرحلة، فسيتم خصم ٥٠% من قيمة التذكرة واسترجاع المتبقي للمشارك ـ
في حال تم إلغاء تذكرة الرحلة من قبل المشارك خلال أقل من ٢٤ ساعة من انطلاق الرحلة، فسسيتم خصم كامل التذكرة لصالح دروب الأرض ـ
يحق للمشارك الحصول على كامل قيمة التذكرة في حال تم تعليق الأنشطة بناء على قرارات الجهات الحكومية ـ
في حال تم إلغاء تذكرة الرحلة من قبل المشارك قبل ٢٤ ساعة من انطلاق الرحلة، فسيتم خصم ٥٠% من قيمة التذكرة واسترجاع المتبقي للمشارك ـ
في حال تم إلغاء تذكرة الرحلة من قبل المشارك خلال أقل من ٢٤ ساعة من انطلاق الرحلة، فسسيتم خصم كامل التذكرة لصالح دروب الأرض ـ
يحق للمشارك الحصول على كامل قيمة التذكرة في حال تم تعليق الأنشطة بناء على قرارات الجهات الحكومية ـ
Terms of cancellation and refund:
1- In case of the trip is cancelled by Earth Trails, the ticket price will be refunded fully 100%.
2- In case the trip is cancelled by the customer 24 hours before the scheduled day, the customer is entitled to the full price of 50% of the ticket amount.
3- In case the trip is cancelled by the customer in less than 24 hours of the scheduled day, Earth Trails is entitled to the full amount of the ticket price.
4 - The customer is entitled to refund the full amount of the ticket price in case the trip was cancelled due to government restrictions.
